TRACTOR DRIVER
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Performs various project work which requires safely operating a large articulating farm tractor and a variety of heavy/agricultural equipment including a front end loader.
PAY: DOE
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Always operate equipment in a safe manner.
- Perform loading, unloading, and timely delivery of material to assigned/approved destination.
- Serve as a company ambassador in every interaction with clients and the public.
- Conduct daily inspections and perform preventative maintenance on the equipment.
- Perform shop clean up, maintenance, and equipment/tools setup.
- Maintain operation records.
KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES:
- Communication skills – verbal and written.
- Ability to operate heavy or agricultural equipment in a safe manner.
- Ability to perform basic math.
- Ability to follow directions.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Valid Drivers’ License
- Clean MVR
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Operate heavy/agricultural equipment safely.

CDL DRIVER
JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a CDL driver for Horner Enterprises, you will transport material out of paper mills, compost facilities, and various other businesses in a Dump Truck and Pup. Our expectation is that you do this in a safe, efficient manner while conforming to ODOT regulations. Our CDL drivers are required to work weekends when scheduled.
PAY: *DOE
JOB QUALIFICATION:
*Candidates will need a good driving record and valid Class A CDL License
*Needs a valid medical card
*Be drug free and able to pass pre-employment drug test as well as random drug test after.
*Preferably 2yrs of commercial driving experience, or 1yr commercial and 1yr farm
*We are looking for an individual that has a positive attitude, works well with other people, and knows how to serve customers
*Willing to work 40-60hrs a week and some weekends
*Prefer drivers with mechanical knowledge
